The Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA) was established in 1971 by a small group of builders and associate members. The goal was to increase the professionalism and quality of the homebuilding industry. Over the years the associations has grown to include builders, remodelers, sub-contractors, suppliers and other professionals who support the building industry. Members subscribe to a defined code of ethics. All builder and remodeler members are licensed through the state of Minnesota and must comply with the rules, regulations, and continuing education requirements set by the state statute.
The CMBA hosts a bi-annual (Spring & Fall) Tour of Homes event showcasing homes built exclusively by these members of the Association. These Trusted Partners work hard to prepare the homes for the Tour and to provide you with visibility to some of the latest and greatest home products and solutions.
