This home was primarily constructed by the Sartell High School Construction Program high school students. SabreCon 5 is the fifth home CM Habitat and District 748 have partnered on. The collaboration gets even deeper with the assistance of St. Cloud Community and Technical College (SCTCC) who designed and completed both the electrical and plumbing systems. A lot of other trade contractors and many volunteers were also integral to the build process.

Head North on Hwy 15, turn Left on Cty Rd 1, take 2nd exit on roundabout continue on Cty Rd 1. Turn Left on 27th St N, take 1st exit from roundabout onto 55th Ave, take 2nd exit from roundabout onto 35th St N, turn Left onto Clemson Ave N, turn Right onto 12th Ave N.
